She has personally inspired and guided the evolution of Heart & Hands over the last sixteen years.  We are pleased to welcome our own in-house designer, Yolanda LeDesma, who works closely with Elise, ensuring that our designs remain timeless, yet always fresh. Heart & Hands was established in 1991 by Elise Peters, an entrepreneur, artist and designer. Elise has inspired and guided the evolution of Heart & Hands for the past 16 years. Vital to our continued success with innovative fashion and timeless designs is our new in-house designer, Yolanda LeDesma who works closely with Elise assuring that our exclusive designs remain fresh and timeless.
