Since 1984, Ashland Bistro Cafe has been serving fine food and spirits in a bistro style setting. We offer savory breakfast items, such as Roasted Garlic, Prosciutto & Parmesan Scramble, Sweet Potato Vegetable Hash and our "Famous" Polenta Pancakes with a warm berry sauce that are featured on Rachael Ray's $40 A Day (Food Network Show). Lunch and dinner items include grilled pannini sandwiches, gourmet salads, pizzas and specialty pastas.
