Whether you're thinking about moving here, you've just arrived, your family came here on the original Oregon Trail, or your ancestors watched the wagon trains roll in from the east, you're a participant in the community that makes this state unique. My business is helping people buy and sell real estate in Jackson and Josephine Counties, Southern Oregon.

Martin has been a Real Estate Professional in Southern Oregon since 2002.  With his family, he moved here after 25 years in the Eugene/Springfield area.

Initially, he spent three years with a large regional real estate company.  Next he spent four years with a large international real estate company.  At the beginning of 2009 he started his own company.

Experience is very important in the real estate profession, and now more than ever, so is education and training.  The State of Oregon requires licensees have 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years...Martin takes 100 hours during that time.
