Breakfast features the best of traditional favorites and innovative twists to some classic dishes. Unless otherwise noted, all breakfasts come with toast homers (home fries) and our homemade Marion berry jam. Substitute egg-beaters, buttermilk biscuit or multigrain toast for only $.75

Breadboard Rancheros: our special version has calico rice with corn tortillas, refried beans, jack and cheddar cheese and two eggs, topped with sour cream and green or red homemade mild salsa. Served with homers $8.35

Breakfast Burrito: large flour tortilla filled with cheddar and jack cheese, refried beans, scrambled eggs and green onions, topped with our homemade mild red or green salsa, sour cream and olives. Served with homers $7.95 add avocado for only $.75

Biscuits and Gravy: our fresh baked buttermilk biscuits topped with the Breadboard’s delicious homemade sausage gravy $4.95

Farmer’s Scramble: diced ham scrambled with cheddar cheese and served with homers and toast $6.95

Mountain Man: created by two Breadboard regulars our buttermilk biscuit split and topped with two sausage patties, two eggs, cheddar cheese and covered with our country gravy. Served with homers $8.25 Mountain Man Jr.$ 6.45

Country Fried Steak and 2 eggs: served with country gravy, homers and toast $8.25

Eggs Benedict: a traditional favorite with Canadian bacon, English muffin, poached eggs, and a rich Hollandaise sauce $8.25

Veggie Benedict: our twist on the classic- English muffin topped with fresh sautéed spinach and mushrooms, poached eggs and hollandaise $7.45

The Calico Special: calico rice sautéed with tamari, mushrooms, green onions, and a hint of fresh garlic, topped with roasted sliced almonds and served with tomato wedges and our special multi-grain toast $6.45 and an egg $6.95

The Ashland Scramble: bell peppers, green onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, and broccoli, sautéed in olive oil and tamari, scrambled with eggs or tofu, topped with cheddar and served with homers and toast $7.95
