• For 13 years, she was an agent for Tarbell Realtors, the largest family-owned real estate company in California.
• She then opened a new office for Tarbell in Laguna Niguel, California and for the next five years worked as a
sales manager and sales trainer for Tarbell.
• From 2004 to 2006, she was the sales manager and sales trainer of an 80-agent office in Medford, Oregon.
• Pam has trained hundreds of new agents in Goal Setting & Time Management, Open Houses & Floor Time,
Contracts & Disclosure, as well as Problem Solving and Negotiation.

• Ed is a Principal Broker with 25 years of real estate experience.
• For many years he owned a real estate company.
• He spent several years as an agent and managing broker of a Prudential Realty office.
• Ed has represented several hundred buyers and sellers in successful closings.
• Experience has taught him that communication is more about listening than talking.
