A native Oregonian, Michaela moved to Ashland in 1998 where she successfully started a career in the real estate field. Born and raised in Eugene, Michaela attended College at Oregon State University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Portland where she worked in the marketing department for Nike. After visiting the beautiful town of Ashland, she decided to retire her big city living and enjoy the benefits of the Rogue Valley.

Michaela spent several years working for a local title and escrow company as a Marketing Representative. Unbeknownst to her, this experience would lay the complicated foundation needed to master a real estate career later in life. Truly, knowing the title and escrow industry intimately has given Michaela a great advantage that many others never attain prior to entering real estate. Additionally, life's lessons would continue to build Michaela's experience in Real Estate as she and her husband began to purchase, remodel,and build new homes in the Ashland area. This path would culminate in the construction of several custom homes and the return to grandeur for a couple older residences.

Michaela has found both a career and an outlet for passion and creativity in joining Ashland Homes Real Estate.
