Fred
comes into real estate with an extensive background as an Oregon
Licensed Contractor. He has over 25 years experience in residential
building. His career has been in many areas of residential construction
from building houses, doing house designs on Auto CAD, cabinet making
and design, remodel work, additions, building custom stairs and
railings, to turning wood for finials and balusters.
He was born and raised in Southern Oregon. Fred, his wife, Susan, and
their two children, Conner, 15 (soccer and snow boarder) and Rachel, 13
(gymnast, down hill skier) live here in Ashland. He enjoys swimming in
the natural lakes and streams, camping, biking and hiking during the
summer months with family. In the winter he likes skiing and snow
shoeing.
Fred is excited about his new career and the prospect of helping his
clients realize their real estate goals. He is supported in his new
career by the broker/owners of Real Estate Depot with combined real
estate experience of over half a century.
