HAKUTSURU DRAFT - Kobe, Japan 9
Very light and well balanced. Bright flavor of light tropical fruit bounce on the palate with a smooth and clean finish. Perfect for new sake enthusiasts. Can be enjoyed frozen as well. ...ask the staff how.

HAKUTSURU JUNMAI GINJO - Kobe, Japan 15
Smooth, light essence of bright fruit and approachable. Great sake for new sake drinkers.

KASUMI TSURU KIMOTO EXTRA DRY - Hyogo, Japan 15 8 3
Kimoto style brewing dates back to the early 1700s. This kimoto has musky notes with an upfront aroma of mushroom. There is mellow smokiness on the palate. If you are looking for dry sake - this is a great example of traditional dry sak?.

GEKKEIKAN BLACK and GOLD - Folsom, California

Deeply layered with melon and peach flavor. This sake? is aged much longer - creating a lingering smooth flavor that also creates more depth and prescence.

YURI MASAMUNE - Akita, Japan 29 15 8 3
This is the sake that people from Akita drink on a daily basis. Excellent balance and very smooth. Essence of light fruit with a sustained, balanced, earthy flavor.

Y-SAVANOI EXTRA DRY - Tokyo, Japan 15 9 3
Extremely dry, crisp and clean, this is a fine example of a Japanese sake?. This sake works served both warm or chilled.

TOKUBETSU HONJOZO - Aomori, Japan 19 10 5
This is one of the finest examples of a great Honjozo. This sake won ‘Best in Class’ at Japan’s national sake competition. A beautiful sake for new and experienced sake? drinkers to try. Watari Bune is an extremely rare sake rice that was thought extinct for nearly 50 years. Rich and deep notes of honeydew and pineapple offset by nutty and earthy flavors. This sake has layered flavor that will not stop. This sake has a “cult”-like following as it is very rare and unique! Excellent at room temperature or slightly chilled.

CHIKURIN KAROYAKA JUNMAI GINJO “Lightness” - Okayama, Japan 56 29 15 5
This sake is very light and gentle. Perfect for those new to sake?. Light, floral and herbal aromatics followed by hints of champagne and cherries on the palate. Perfect apertif for any meal.

YUKI NO BOSHA AKITA KOMACHI DAIGINJO - Akita, Japan 88 45 24 8
This Daiginjo has upfront notes of white pepper that fade into dried apricot and melon. It should be served chilled.

The Best of the Best! WATARI BUNE JUNMAI DAIGINJO - Ibaraki, Japan 120 60 30 10
This is an extremely rare sake rice that was thought to be extinct for nearly 50 years. This is the only brewery in Japan that is using this rice variety. Watari Bune is the Father Rice to the famed “Yamada Nishiki Sake Rice.” Deep, luscious and layered with big, but well balanced fruit flavors characterized by honeydew, peaches and pineapple. The ultimate sake experience!
