New Sammy's Cowboy Bistro

Open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday, lunch from 12-1:30, and dinner 5pm to 9pm (last reservations taken at 9pm) during Ashland's theater season, approximately Valentine's Day through Thanksgiving.

The winter season they are only closed on Sundays.

This restaurant is located just north of Ashland in an adobe ranch style building.

The food is all organic with everything made in house. They offer a world class wine list which can be paired up with seven to nine first courses and main courses which change daily and seasonally. They also offer a 3 to 4 choice set menu of favorites.

With only six tables and a reputation that precedes itself, reservations are a must; New Sammy's is sometimes booked a month in advance during the high season.
