Every year on Halloween afternoon, children from all over the Rogue Valley gather in downtown Ashland for the annual Kids Halloween Parade. Children (and adults) are encouraged to display their Halloween costumes as they trick or treat through the plaza and receive treats from many of the local merchant shops. The event is later broadcast on the local cable television community access channel giving everyone a chance to enjoy watching the parade and perhaps even seeing themselves participating. |
