Also known as �the little red schoolhouse on the Greensprings� and located in the wilds of the Southern Oregon Cascades, the Pinehurst school serves a small number of students from kindergarten through eighth grade, offering highly individualized plans, multi-grade groupings, fluid cross-age ability level groupings, a mixture of small and large group instruction, computer instruction, and individual tutoring.
�Pinehurst School is located 22 miles East of Ashland, Oregon on scenic and historic Highway 66 at an elevation of 3500'.
Pinehurst is the only school in District 94 and serves kindergarten through eighth grade students that live in the rural area of eastern Jackson County from the summit of the Cascade Mountains east to the Jackson County Line, and from the southern end of Hyatt Lake south to the California border.
The Pinehurst School Foundation supports many activities at the school including Band, Library, Technology and Field Trips.�
