CO-ED FITNESS BOOT CAMPS
COMMIT - WORK HARD - GET RESULTS .... NO SHORTCUTS!
Bootcamp is a challenging, fun and effective fitness program designed to deliver maximum
total-body results. The class structure is suitable for people of any fitness level. We combine activities like push-ups, agility exercises, resistance training, abdominals, power squats, speed drills, obstacle courses and endurance challenges--to create a fun and rewarding total body workout. Bring a pair of dumbbells (5-10lbs), a towel, mat and a water bottle.
Ashland Morning bootcamp: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 6AM
Ashland Evening bootcamp: Tuesdays and Thursdays 5.30-6.30PM
FEES:
Morning bootcamp: $80.00/session (12 classes)
Evening bootcamp: $50/8 classes
