Join a fun workout like no other! ... Vibrant and electrifying belly dance workout that explores the numerous varieties or shimmies, hip drops, kicks and other electrifying movements commonly seen in belly dance all while getting a full aerobic workout. Belly dance hip scarves will be provided but you can also bring your own Belly dance coin belts are available for purchase in class for $15.00 What you need: dress comfortably as this is a workout. Shoes are not required. Bring a hip scarf with you if you have one or borrow one in class.
