Ashland - Medford - Grants Pass

"The 70 member Rogue Valley Symphony, currently serves audiences in Medford, Ashland and Grant's Pass with 13 subscription concerts, 2 outreach "Discovery" concerts, 4 holiday Candlelight concerts, 2 school concerts, a young artists solo competition, and 40 Chamber Players' school programs. The Symphony, under the baton of Art Shaw, performs a wide range of musical styles. They frequently invite professional soloists to perform with them and have performed several concerts with SOU music department ensembles. The Symphony has its offices in the music building at SOU. It is governed by a 28 member board of directors (one of whom is a faculty member at SOU) and is supported by almost 600 individual and corporate donors." - Rogue Valley Symphony
