I work hard to create a safe space where we focus on strengthening your self-concept, sharpening your decision-making skills and heightening your awareness of social factors in your choices. My approach is very holistic as we look for balance and harmony in a physical, spiritual, personal and cultural context. Blending Western psychotherapy with Eastern awareness practices I weave together mindfulness, hypnotherapy, NLP, somatic techniques, skill training and psychotherapy to support self-awareness and personal growth.
