Massage is one of the oldest, most recognized methods of relieving tension both muscular and mental. Deep Connective-Tissue Work can relieve chronic or acute pain and other problems caused by sports injuries, accidents, and trauma.

Whether you have tight muscles from the days activities, chronic soft-tissue problems, or mental stress from work, therapeutic bodywork can help you relax and rebalance. Kay has been a healing artist since 1981 and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Oregon (#3144). She is certified in Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, effective yet gentle Deep Connective-Tissue Work, Guided Imagery, and Acupressure. Her sessions combine different healing modalities and are adapted to each clients current needs. She has done many thousands of bodywork sessions.

Kay also works with crystals and does comprehensive crystal layouts. She trained and taught at the Crystal Academy in Taos, New Mexico with Katrina Raphaell and has done several hundred crystal layouts. Crystal sessions can assist in healing physical and emotional problems, activating latent creative abilities, and clearing obstacles to highest potential.

Kay offers her years of experience at an affordable rate in a lovely private office four blocks from downtown Ashland, Oregon.
