Norma is a Principal Broker and co-founder of Real Estate Depot. She offers over two decades of real estate experience, first on California's Monterey Peninsula, and now in Ashland and Southern Oregon. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation held by only four percent of the nation's REALTORS. She is a member of the "Women's Council of Realtors, Southern Oregon">Women's Council of REALTORS and has served as an officer of the Southern Oregon Chapter. Norma is Community Liaison for the Ashland Chapter of the American Association of University Women and a volunteer with the Tudor Guild, a support organization for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. She is an active member of the Ashland Chamber of Commerce.
