Located in Ashland, Oregon, Deux Chats Bakery is an artisan baking company that features organic and local ingredients prepared with old world methods. Our first product is a focaccia cracker in ten different flavors that pair well with wine, cheese and fruit. These handcrafted products are made in small batches and are currently sold at the Ashland Co-op, the Rogue Creamery, and Harry & David.
