We serve all of our sandwiches in a freshly bake Organic pita bread provided by The Little Shoppe of Bagel. Our Falafel mixture and tahini are made with organic products. Please consult our menu board for all other organic products we are currently utilizing, due to costs and availability it is not possible to be 100% organic, but we will do our best.
