Liquid Assets is the only wine bar in Ashland to offer 20+ wines by the glass, a seasonal French-inspired menu culling its ingredients from local farms whenever possible and a thoughtful selection of beer on tap; served within a casually elegant setting. With a focus on handcrafted wines from Oregon, California and France, to name a few; Liquid Assets offers unique bottles one won’t easily find elsewhere available for retail or to enjoy in house (offering over 250 labels). Liquid Assets’ staff happily assists in customer purchases, ensuring the right wine for the right occasion. Special events such as wine tastings, seminars and wine maker events are offered regularly.
