Japanese
tea ceremony is more than an elaborate ritual, it is an interlude which
leads oneself in the moment to spirit of beauty, quietude and
politeness toward others.
There are 4 principles of tea ceremony:
Harmony
Respect
Purity
Tranquility
We bring these essential principles to our tea service further enhancing your personal wellness experience.
Green Teas
All green teas come from the same Camellia sinensis plant. The differences are in the way they are grown and harvested.

Traditional matcha green tea made exclusively from the tips of the
youngest tea plants. The pure dried leaves are stone ground into a
super fine powder. Matcha is exclusively used in tea ceremony. Smooth,
delicate and lightly sweet.
Gyokuro pot of tea, 4.25
Gyokuro is the most premium green tea available prior to the harvest,
the plantation is shaded from sunlight, creating a more fragrant and
aromatic tea.

Sencha pot of tea, 3.75

their flavor and aroma before slowly drying. This traditional process

popular tea in Japan.
