Organic sesame oil is used in this full body massage. Based on
Ayurvedic principals, gentle strokes relax and nourish every cell.
Shirodhara (shee-ro-da-ra)
A profoundly relaxing treatment performed by pouring a continuous
stream of warm organic sesame oil, over the forehead and scalp. This
massage is done fully clothed when not combined with other treatments.
This treatment will deeply calm the nervous system, allowing your mind
to be free of stress.
Reiki
A sacred energy healing treatment from Japan. It is performed with
gentle hand placements on the body. This is done fully clothed, and
with no oils. It is a powerful treatment that provides release of
energetic blockages, that could lead to illness. It will leave you
grounded and peaceful.
